17. Achievements (prestasi)
Students report competition wins and awards with their proof; student affairs validates them before they go to PDDikti.
Achievements — a competition win, an award, a national selection — are part of a student’s record and are reported to PDDikti as Prestasi Mahasiswa. From there they reach SIMKATMAWA, the ministry’s student-achievement system, so only checked ones are reported.

Submitting (student)
- Open My University › Achievements and press Submit achievement.
- Fill in the achievement (e.g. Gemastik — UI/UX Design), the rank (1st place, Finalist), the organizer, the type (science, arts, sports, other), the level (campus up to international) and the date.
- Attach the proof: the certificate is required; add a photo, the assignment letter (surat tugas) or another document if you have one. PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB each, at most six files.
It shows as Awaiting review until student affairs checks it. A rejected achievement shows the reviewer’s note — withdraw it and submit it again with the right details or proof. A validated achievement can’t be withdrawn; ask student affairs if it needs changing.
Reviewing (student affairs)
Student Services › Achievements lists what students submitted, under To review, Validated and Rejected. Pick one to see its details and open each proof file, then:
- Validate — it counts from now on and goes into the PDDikti export.
- Reject — write a note saying what’s wrong; the student reads it.
Admins with the validate achievements permission (achievements.validate) can decide; it can be given to a student-affairs role under Access Rights.
Achievements an admin enters directly on the student’s page are validated at once.
PDDikti
Validated achievements dated in the term are in the prestasi_mahasiswa CSV on the PDDikti report. Achievements still awaiting review count as not ready there.
When something goes wrong
| Problem | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The submission is refused | No certificate attached, more than six files, or a file isn’t PDF, JPG or PNG under 5 MB | Attach the certificate and keep each file within the limits |
| The achievement was rejected | The reviewer’s note says why | Withdraw it and submit it again with the right details or proof |
| A validated achievement needs changing | Validated achievements can’t be withdrawn | Ask student affairs — an admin can edit it on the student’s page |
