Diploma supplement points
Activities outside the curriculum — achievements, organisations, committees, certifications, training, internships — earn supplement points that appear on the diploma supplement (SKPI).
- The student submits an activity on Diploma Supplement: type, details, dates and the certificate.
- Points are suggested automatically by type (Academic rules) — the student never sets them.
- The admin (or Head of Program for their program) approves — adjusting the points if needed — or rejects it.
The admin can also give points to many students at once, for example everyone who took part in a campus event.
Checking eligibility
From People › Students › Check Graduation Eligibility, Edunara checks:
- the credits passed against the credits required to graduate;
- the IPK against the minimum graduation GPA;
- a passed thesis;
- the supplement points required (if the campus sets a minimum).
Each missing requirement is listed with the reason (for example “has 138 credits, needs at least 144”). The values come from the study program, its faculty or the campus default.
Declaring the graduate (yudisium)
When the student is eligible, the admin declares them graduated with the decision (SK) number. There is no override — a student who doesn’t meet the requirements can’t be declared. Edunara then:
- sets the student’s status to graduated;
- keeps a snapshot of the IPK and credits at that moment;
- gives the graduate a PIN (graduation number).
Graduates, SKL and wisuda
Student Services › Graduates lists everyone declared:
- Print SKL — the graduation certificate (Surat Keterangan Lulus), to print or save as an image.
- Wisuda batch — group graduates by ceremony. Organising the ceremony itself (dates, seating, invitations) happens outside Edunara.
The Head of Program sees their program’s graduates under Thesis › Graduates.
When something goes wrong
| Problem | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The admin can’t declare a student graduated | A requirement is missing — credits, IPK, a passed thesis or supplement points; each is listed with the reason | Fix the missing requirement; there is no override |
| Supplement points are missing | The student’s activities weren’t approved yet | The admin or Head of Program approves them on Diploma Supplement |
