How the bill is paid and verified, installments, deadlines, grace days and the late fee.

The bill

The bill is created when the student enrolls in a package, or when their KRS is approved. It is credits × cost per credit + base fee (BPP) + lab fee (if any course has a lab), or the flat amount of the student’s billing group — see Fees and payments. Scholarships and discounts reduce it.

Paying

The student opens the bill and picks one of the methods the campus has switched on:

Verification

Admins verify proofs in Semester › Enrollments:

  • Verify — the bill is paid.
  • Reject with a reason — the student sees why and uploads a new proof.
  • Settle in person — for a student who brings proof to the desk: search by name or student ID, tick the bills they paid and settle them (with or without an uploaded proof).
  • Online payments that were completed but not yet recorded are reconciled automatically when the page opens.

Installments

An admin can split one bill into an installment plan — the number of installments, the first due date and the interval. Each installment is paid and verified on its own; when the last one is verified the bill is paid.

Deadlines

The enrollment window sets a payment deadline, which an admin can extend per student. If the window also has grace days:

  1. After the deadline — the bill becomes overdue and the window’s late fee is added once.
  2. After the deadline + grace days — still-unpaid enrollments are cancelled. An admin can reinstate one by hand.

Bills on an installment plan follow their own due dates instead.

After payment

Only paid enrollments count: the student is placed into classes when classes are generated, and appears in the PDDikti KRS and term-activity reports.
