1.2. Partner recruitment

How schools, companies and individuals become recruitment partners, register applicants and earn payouts.

Partners (agents) are people, schools or companies who send applicants to the campus.

Becoming a partner

  1. Apply on the public Partners page — as an individual, a school or a company, with identity details, documents and address. The applicant reads and accepts the partner terms (scroll to the end to agree).
  2. Confirm the email from the link sent to them.
  3. Review — admissions checks the identity documents and duplicates in Admission › Partner Applications, then approves or rejects.
  4. Approval creates an inactive partner. It goes live once the admin records the signed agreement (PKS) with its start and end dates and the payout bank account on Admission › Agents. When the agreement ends, the partner pauses by itself.
  5. Login — the admin creates a user account for the partner in People › Users and links it on the partner’s record in Admission › Agents. The partner then signs in through the partner login page.

Bringing in applicants

Every partner has a referral code and link (/register?ref=CODE):

  • An applicant who registers through the link is credited to that partner.
  • The partner can also register applicants themselves in their portal (Register Applicant). The form fee is then recorded by admissions.
  • Booth staff assigned to a partner register on the partner’s behalf (Booth and events).

A link from an inactive partner still works — the application is simply treated as an ordinary online one.

Payouts

Commission counts an applicant only once they are enrolled — DPP paid and student record created. Edunara reports the numbers per partner; the payment itself is made by finance outside the application.
