22. PDDikti reporting

Checking the term's data is ready for the ministry's PDDikti Feeder and exporting it.

Every term the campus reports its academic data to the ministry through PDDikti Feeder. Edunara doesn’t send data to the Feeder by itself: the PDDikti Report checks what’s ready and exports CSV files that the campus operator imports into the Feeder.

Using the report

  1. Pick the term (Odd or Even). The term needs its campus-wide dates on the Academic calendar; the page shows the PDDikti term code.
  2. Read the readiness rows, grouped in two checkpoints — each shows how many records are ready and how many are missing, with a fix link to the page where the gap is solved.
  3. Export a table as CSV, or Export all ready to download every table that is ready.

What is covered

CheckpointTables
1 — start of termNew students; classes and their lecturers; grade scale; the programs’ term dates
2 — end of termKRS (paid enrollments); AKM (term activity: active, non-active, on leave, credits and IP); grades; graduates and drop-outs; student activities — MBKM, internships and theses, with their members, supervisors, examiners, SK and converted grades; student achievements (prestasi) dated in the term

Achievements come from the student’s page (People › Students › a student › Achievements) and from students’ own submissions once student affairs has validated them (Achievements); ones awaiting review are left out: name, rank, type, level, organizer and date. Feeder’s ids for the type and level aren’t fixed across Feeder versions, so the CSV carries their names — fill id_jenis_prestasi and id_tingkat_prestasi from your Feeder’s lists.

Supervisor and examiner categories. Feeder wants an id_kategori_kegiatan for every supervisor (bimbing_mahasiswa) and examiner (uji_mahasiswa). The category follows the lecturer’s role — supervising an MBKM activity, or the supervisor, chair examiner or examiner of a final project, thesis or dissertation — and the program’s degree level, so each is set once in the Supervisor and examiner categories card: copy the id and name from the category list on your Feeder (GetKategoriKegiatan). Only MBKM supervision ships filled (110300); rows left empty export a blank category. The defense chair is numbered first among a thesis’s examiners.

Activity types without a Feeder code are listed above the activity table, each with a box for its Feeder id. Look the type up in GetJenisAktivitasMahasiswa on your Feeder and save it there (thesis and national defence are usually 22 and 20 — check first).

Keeping it ready

Most gaps come from data entered earlier in the journey: lecturers without an NIDN/NUPTK, classes without a lecturer, students without a term status (run Generate Semester Status), grades not closed (Closing the semester), or activity types without a Feeder code.

The end of the journey

That completes the student journey — from the first application to graduation and reporting. For the tasks of a single role, see the role guides.
